Site rules.
To post on the site you MUST first read these rules. Which you are doing xP I will also include what happens if you break a rule.
1. No spamming. Spamming = Stupid pointless annoying messages. If your post or thread falls under any of these you will be warned or banned considering how much spam your post was.
2. Flamming, Bullying, these are NOT allowed. Unless you are in the flame section! If you do one of these you will be warned 20%
3. Warez. PenHacks and ALL affiliates do not support warez. 10% warning
4. Advertising is allowed in sigs and the off topic forum only. And don't put your whole banner in there. Don't let it get outside of the offtopic forum and your sig, don't let it go to Pm's. If any one gets a PM from some one advertising their site forward the Pm to me that person will be banned.
5. Post in the right area! Don't ask for a tutorial or ask for help in the tutorial area thats where TUTORIAL's are posted. If you need help ask in the HELP FORUM.
6. Don't just copy and paste a story. Copy and paste a few parts but don't forget to add your own words! It will always come out better then where it came from originally.
It also some times comes out really stupid, like copy and pasting a story about the winner of a contest when we never had a contest.
Note: Don't forget to include the source
7. Noob posting WILL NOT BE TOLERATED! Noob posting includes posting with 10's of thousands of smileys, using cell phone text like i rly ned hlp plz hlp me. 10% warning
8. When making a help thread, use good titles like... My psp will not turn on please help. NOT I HAVE A MAJOY PROBLEM OMG OMG OMG OMG OMG IMMA GONNA DIE!!!!!!!!! HOLY DAM IT!
9. On PenHacks we try and keep the forums to a Pg-13 level, if a post is above Pg-13 make sure you make a note of that very first thing so as to warn younger users. 10% warning or more depending on the post.
10. Cursing, like in above rule I want everything Pg-13, use *** to blank out words. Dam is kewl but other then that nothing else. 10% warning
11. Respect your MODS! And admins xP If a mod or admin tells you to do something don't fight! Just say okay what ever, PM me if you don't like what they did I will review the situation. If you fight with them when they tell you someting I will BAN you.
12. Off topic, if you go off topic I will allow it for a couple of posts. Other then that the thread will be closed and that wouldn't be good for any one.

If you break the rules:
1. Comply with your consequences.
Do not argue. If you feel like you were banned/warned unfairly, PM me and i will review the decision.
2. DO NOT make a new account if you are banned.
Your ban on your normal account with only be extended and you new account will be banned. Staff and users will only shun you because this is rather childish. Don't throw a fit, this will only irritate the staff and piss them off.
If you accept your punishment as an adult, you will be respected more if you threw a fit.
