Well I was wondering what you guys think about the ads, they only come after the first post and every 5th post after that.

If the majority of people say they don't like it, I WILL remove it. But you have to remember, ads bring us a little bit of money for me to pay for the site with. So if its not really a bother please vote NO.

the ads are not visible to, VIP's, and all staff.

EDIT: Also, if you guys don't like where the ads are placed now, please tell me where you would rather see them or if you don't want to see any at all.

how much is the hosting and stuff cost per month? i am considering chipping in every semester so we are guaranteed not to be shutdown, at least bc of money issues.

Nah nah, its really kewl. The hosting is just, meh. I gotta get rid of a few old games and accessories here and their nothing really a lot.

The point of the ads is to get more VIP's (paid) and if I don't at least get something off of people viewing/clicking the ads.

I wouldn't ask anything from my VIP's already

Its cool i really don't mind. its not like i will be donating hundreds of dollars, just something every now and then like 10 bucks or so. i get so much financial aid (at least $1,500 every semester in grants, not loans) so its no big deal. i have everything i need at my apartment so what would i spend it on? im would donate mainly for karma and getting in the habit of donating (good habit to get into. i'll be throwing some $ towards Wikipedia too as i heard they have money issues and i use that site alot.)
