Game Copy/Backup, Warez, Piracy talk...(READ!!!)
NO PIRACY. NO WAREZ.
THIS INCLUDES MY XBMC RELEASES. DO NOT ASK WHERE TO GET THEM; THE XDK IS ILLEGAL TO OWN AND IS COPYRIGHTED BY MICROSOFT. CHECK MY SIG FOR INFO ON HOW TO OBTAIN.
WE DO ALLOW CD/DVD/GAME BACKUP TUTS AND QUESTIONS AS LONG AS YOU FOLLOW THESE RULES:
1. DO NOT MENTION WHERE YOU GOT THE ISO/UIF/DVD/CD BACKUP!
We are assuming you a)own the original and b) you have made a backup of your own legally purchased retail disk. Any mention of ANY site where the said copyrighted was found which includes: torrent sites, UseNET, USENext, p2p etc. etc. will result in ban/warn.
2. YOU PLACE A DISCLAIMER STATING IT IS FOR BACKUP PURPOSES ONLY! WE ARE NOT LOOKING TO GET SUED! IF THE DISCLAIMER IS NOT IN PLACE, MODS AND ADMINS WILL EITHER DELETE THE POST OR ADD A DISCLAIMER DEPENDING ON HOW NICE THEY FEEL.
We all know how frustrating it is to buy a 60 dollar game only to find you brother thought it would be a spectacular idea to mate the disc with a microwave. That is why we allow SOME copy talk.
