Took a screenie while watching the Wii Event, and this is the Wii U controller. It has a screen built into the controller. It seems sorta big and not very nice looking to me... but the way they explained that you could implement it into the games sounds interesting.

Its very nice. This comes with the new Wii U console. The whole point of it is that you can game away from your television. Very innovative, especially since the Wii U will be HD, i believe the controller is as well.

Well, to use this controller you need the Wii U, but I mean, HD graphics... Would love to upgrade my Wii for that.

Does anyone know if this is a MANDATORY control? I think you can still use the old controllers no?

It is not. You'll be able to use the old controllers as well.

Oh... well in that case, I still wouldn't mind. Its like the iPad pretty much and the hacks you can do with it but its legit. Like the screen on the controller is the driving controls and the TV is the actual car u control.

There could be some sick ass hacks for this thing haha and I wonder how it's paired... If it's by bluetooth like ps3 controllers. Tree has to be some nifty hacks to use for it in the future..... Still looks gay as he'll though hahaha
