Hey,

I just thought you might find this plugin useful: http://www.mybbcentral.com/thread-6171.html

It allows you to have a donation page (you set the donation so $5 for lifetime VIP) and then when someone donates you can set which usergroup they get moved too.

EDIT: The site is down for maintenance so I took the files from Extenditude. If any files are missing let me know and I'll dig them out.

Maybe he doesn't have a varified PayPal and because donators can be only users who have varified PayPal account as well - IMO it's not that great of plugin if you think it trough, considering that only varified users can donate/pay for services.

My PayPal is verified.

It's just that as of late people just send me PM's when they want VIP

It might help a bit, but like Abstergo said only verified users can send money.
