Well the evil corp, "we are the best" is at it again this time they are trying to do a C&D on 2 company's amazon and getjar. For what you ask?, for one of the most common things used in todays smart phone usuage, they are trying to patent the word "app store" or in there thinking "apple store". We all know when some one says "app store" we automatically think application store,or if anyone one says "app" we think application for computer or smart phone, but why apple doing this? Cause theyy argued that people well confuse the "app store" for the apple store. Now I don't know bout you but tome me this seems apple is calling everyone ignorant and stupid for that matter. Amazon already put a hold on this lawsuit, due the fact apple had no proof of anyone confusing the too as well the words "app store" is way to generic to even patent!.
Seems to me soon apple will patent the worl "apple" and the lovely fruit we all like will have to be named something else like red orange or something.
This is another way showing the true face of apple greedy kid trying to play god in the tech world

Apple is greedy as hell and will stop at nothing from stealing names of things that sit peacefully in a basket on teh counter.

When I'm rich I'm going to copyright the letters A, E, I, O and U. People will have to pay me £1 ($1.60 for the noobs) every time they use any of them.
