Ability to change USERTITLE.

I think the ability to change user title is a bad idea, you should only allow VIP users to do it since they have purchased VIP and they deserve to change their user title.

I'm not complaining I just think it should be an ability to the users that have purchased/donated to the community, I hope you don't take this the wrong way.

Because it's more of an privallage for members to change user titles.

Yes I guess but we have it invade someone would like to. Plus they have to pay so it's not necessarily a privallage... And say we did only have it for VIP. Not everyone is able to make enough pencash to acquire VIP statuss. So they would just ask an admin to change it.
